Team Romania for Tokyo2020 Paralympic Games lines up 7 athletes, three medals targeted
Team Romania to the Tokyo Paralympic Games (24 August - 5 September) will be made up of 7 athletes, who will compete in table tennis, judo, athletics, cycling and archery, their goal being to win three medals, the vice-president of the National Paralympic Committee, Ciprian Anton, told AGERPRES.
Seven-member Slovenian Summer Paralympics team unveiled
Ljubljana – The Slovenian team for the 2020 Summer Paralympics, which will take place in Tokyo between 24 August and 5 September, presented itself to the press in Ljubljana on Monday. Woman athlete aims high in 2020 Paralympics
Hamide Doğangün, who has already competed twice in the Paralympics, hopes to get a medal in the upcoming 2020 Tokyo games.
Doğangün suffered from paraplegia at the age of nine after a traffic accident. Following a two-year treatment in the hospital, she was discharged in a wheelchair.

Acropolis lift out of service until next week
A platform lift for disabled persons at the Acropolis Hill that broke down Tuesday is expected to go back into operation next week, culture ministry officials said Wednesday.
A spare part was ordered from Germany which means a waiting period of four days, officials said.
