Campaign to end Thursday,election silence begins at midnight
BELGRADE - Thursday is the last day for the political parties to try to win the trust of voters as the election silence ahead of Sunday's snap elections will begin at midnight.
The election silence will last by the close of polls at 20:00 CET on March 16.
According to the latest opinion poll by polling agency Faktor Plus, the number of sway voters stands at 20 percent.
Dacic: Only two programmes competing in elections
LESKOVAC - The citizens will be deciding between only two real political options in the early parliamentary elections on Sunday - the right-wing programme of the Serbian Progressive Party and the left-wing programme of the Socialist Party of Serbia, the Party of United Pensioners of Serbia and United Serbia , SPS leader Ivica Dacic has said.

BELGRADE -- The City Electoral Commission (GIK) has released a complete list of slates for early local elections to be held in Belgrade on March 16.
Ballot papers will contain the slates of 23 parties, coalitions and groups of citizens, GIK Chairman Zoran Lukić told Tanjug on Thursday.

BELGRADE - The City Electoral Commission (GIK) has released a complete list of slates for local elections in Belgrade on March 16, which will contain the slates of 23 parties, coalitions and groups of citizens, GIK Chairman Zoran Lukic told Tanjug on Thursday.

BELGRADE - Belgrade citizens' support to Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) at this point totals 42.5 percent while the Democratic Party (DS) can count on the votes of 17.4 percent of people, shows the latest survey carried out by FAKTOR PLUS agency.

URS submits slate for snap parliamentary poll
BELGRADE - The United Regions of Serbia submitted on Monday its slate, entitled Let's Work and Live for the snap parliamentary election on March 16.
The first name on the slate is that of URS leader Mladjan Dinkic, follwed yb Sasa Milenic and Verica Kalanovic.
URS Vice Preisdent Suzana Grubjesic is 6th on the list.
