Proposal for the Law on Ministries is on the agenda.
The session began with MPs' asking questions, which, according to the Rules of Procedure, is possible for MPs every Tuesday and Thursday, and after that the agenda is expected to be determined.
Bucharest Stock Exchange, down almost 10 pct Monday morning
Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Monday's session down, and 10 minutes in, it recorded transactions worth 14.23 million lei (2.9 million euros). The main BET index, indicating the trend of the 15 most liquid companies, registered a decrease of 9.79 pct, to 8,520.67 points, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the trend of the 37 most liquid titles from BVB, was down 9.56 pct.
Tragedy in Cambodia - 7-Story Building Collapsed and Killed 36 People
At least 36 people were killed and 23 were injured in a building collapse in Cambodia and workers were buried beneath the rubble, authorities said, according to Reuters.
Malaysia detains Cambodian opposition leader
Malaysia has detained the deputy leader of Cambodia's banned opposition party, Mu Sochua, an official said on Nov. 7, after Phnom Penh sought her arrest on grounds that she and other self-exiled opposition were plotting a coup in trying to return home.

Cambodia admits first asylum-seekers under Australia deal: official
Cambodia received its first batch of asylum-seekers from Australian custody June 4 as part of a widely-criticised deal between the two countries.
The refugees -- three Iranians and one ethnic Rohingya from Myanmar -- were flown into Phnom Penh, the capital of one of Southeast Asia's poorest nations with a weak record for upholding human rights.
