Number of Refugees in Bulgaria Doubles in 2014
The refugee influx to Bulgaria doubled in the last few months, the State Agency for Refugees informs.
According to Vasil Varbanov, deputy chairman of the Agency, Bulgaria can receive some 6 thousand migrants.

Police have detained 78 illegal immigrants in an operation at a hostel in downtown Sofia.
The illegal immigrants, Iraqi and Afghanistan nationals, were detained in a joint operation of the Sofia Directorate of the Ministry of Interior and Border Police, according to reports of the Bulgarian National Television.
Some 10 illegal immigrants were sharing one room.

Refugee Children Study Bulgarian at Red Cross Language Camp
Bulgarian Red Cross has set up a language camp for refugee children, the press office of the organization announced.
It is organized by the Refugee-Migrant Service to the Bulgarian Red Cross and takes place between September 8-14.
