Refugee housing agreement signed
BELGRADE - Serbia's Minister without Portfolio in chareg of EU integration Jadranka Joksimovic and Council of Europe Development Bank official Stephan Sellen signed on Tuesday an donation agreement worth EUR 26.7 million that will help provide housing for 1,585 of the poorest refugee families.

Asylum Seekers in Bulgaria Increased 5 Times in 2013
The number of asylum seekers in Bulgaria has increased five times in 2013 compared with 2012, according to a report on the implementation of the revised National Program for Demographic Development until 2013.
In 2013, the number of asylum seekers in Bulgaria exceeded 7,000, which is over five times more than in 2012 and ten times more than in the previous years.

424 Refugee Children in Bulgaria Unable to Go to School

Impatience grows in Turkey over Syrian 'guests'
Cengiz, a street seller who plies his trade selling bread rings in the centre of Istanbul, is usually a fervent supporter of Turkey's newly-elected President Recep Tayyip ErdoÄan. But on one issue, he begs to differ.
