Ukraine bans Russian wheelchair-using Eurovision singer from finals (VIDEO)
The Ukrainian Security Council has banned Russian singer Yulia Samoylova, set to represent Russia at the 2017 Eurovision song contest, from entering the country for three years.
The decision to bar the Russian singer, who has used a wheelchair since her childhood, from entering the Eurovision host country was announced on Wednesday by a Security Council spokeswoman.

Bulgaria's First Lady Gets Personal Protection over 'Threat'
A concrete threat has forced the Desislava Radeva, the First Lady of Bulgaria to be placed under personal guard from the National Service for Protection (NSO), the institution says.
In a statement, the NSO has noted that members of the Bulgarian President's family can use protection in case a specific threat has been established, including in cases of terrorism.
