Ukraine is 'still in a state of war' with neighboring Russia despite a cease-fire between Kiev's forces and Moscow-backed rebels in the east, the country's prime minister says

BELGRADE - The Tourism Organisation of Serbia (TOS) has launched a campaign in London to raise visibility and interest for Serbia as a holiday destination, the TOS said on Friday.

Bulgaria will neither host NATO bases nor deploy soldiers and send weapons to Ukraine, President Rosen Plevneliev said while in Wales for the ongoing NATO summit.
