XIAMEN - Serbia has made the most of the chance to present its potential and investment opportunities at the 24th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen, Serbian Minister of Internal and External Trade Tomislav Momirovic told Tanjug on Thursday at the end of a working visit to China.

"The Kinmen Defense Command announced that three series and three drone strikes were detected over Dadan, Erdan and Shiyu islet as of 4:23 p.m. today," the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

The volume of Turkey's natural stone sales to China reached 625 million dollars in the first eight months of the year with a 38 percent jump since the same period in 2016, standing at more than one third of the overall exports to Asia's giant economy. 

Just a week after the two Asian neighbours ended a tense standoff in Doklam, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi decided to maintain cordial bilateral ties and to ensure regional peace.
