Disgraced bishop found dead on Attica beach, postmortem awaited
A postmortem examination is expected to provide authorities with more information regarding the death of former Bishop of Attica, Panteleimon.
The disgraced ex-clerics body was found on Wednesday by coast guards on a beach in Keratea, southeast of Athens.
Panteleimon was suspended by the Church of Greece in 2005, when he was linked to a trial-fixing ring.
