"Oppenheimer" continued to streamroll through Hollywood's awards season on Saturday, winning the top prize, for outstanding cast, along with awards for Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey Jr., at the 30th Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Hollywood actors overwhelmingly ratified a new, hard-fought deal with studios on Dec. 5 that paves the way for a rebound of an entertainment industry that had seen film and television production come to a halt during a months-long strike.

The Screen Actors Guild, known as SAG-AFTRA, said 78 percent of members who voted approved the multiyear contract.

Hollywood actors and studios reached a tentative deal on Nov. 8 to end a months-long strike that has crippled the entertainment industry, delayed hundreds of popular shows and films, and cost billions to the U.S. economy.

Negotiators for the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA) have been mulling the proposal since Saturday, as studios seek to halt a damaging stoppage that has brought TV and movie production to a standstill for four months.
