Davutoğlu invites Masoud Barzani to Turkey

Prime Minister Ahmet DavutoÄlu has extended an invitation to Iraqi Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani to visit Turkey.
DavutoÄlu spoke on the phone with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) leader Barzani separately on late Nov. 26 about the latest security situation in Kirkuk.
The prime minister reiterated to Barzani that Turkey was ready to lend âall kinds of supportâ for Iraqâs stability, according to diplomatic sources.
Speaking with al-Abadi, DavutoÄlu discussed security in Kirkuk and preparations for an upcoming High-Level Strategic Cooperation Meeting.
