ComiXconnection exhibition to be held in Pancevo
PANCEVO - "ComiXconnection - strip, banda desenata, strip, kepregeny," an exhibition borne out of a research of the regional comic scene, will open on Wednesday in the Vojvodina cinema in Pancevo, near Belgrade.
The research was conducted by Beata Wild, curator of the coordination for the eastern part of central Europe and southeastern Europe at the Museum of European Cultures in Berlin.
In the total 100 square metres occupied by installations, prints and screenings, visitors will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the works of comic authors and initiatives from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary and Romania.
During the exhibition, side-events consisting of presentations, video screenings and workshops will also be held.
