Romania's full Olympic lineup presented on TV

The Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee (COSR) presented on Sunday evening Team Romania for the Tokyo Olympic Games (July 23 - August 8) which includes 100 athletes - 45 women and 55 in men - who will be competing in 17 sports. "Physically separated due to the pandemic but united in spirit, Team Romania members were presented today in a live broadcast by National Broadcaster TVR 1, which aired from the four Olympic isolation bubbles: the Sydney 2000 Olympic Complex, the Snagov National Center, the Mogosoaia National Football Center and the Olympic Complex in Poiana Brasov. COSR president Mihai Covaliu and Sports Minister Eduard Novak prefaced the presentation from the TVR studio," COSR said on its official Facebook page. The delegation also includes 9 reserves and no less than 40 coaches.
