Municipality wants measures against noise disturbance ahead of Primer Music Festival
Municipal authorities in the Athens suburb of Kallithea have requested that a prosecutor take measures against noise disturbance ahead of the Primer Music Festival, planned to take place at Plateia Nerou on September 7 and 8.
The prosecutor accepted their request and instructed Kallithea's police department to take the necessary actions.
Kallithea's mayor also sent a letter to the Public Properties Company, expressing his frustration that, although the company committed not to hold more than 10 concerts at Plateia Nerou, additional events have been added, some with particularly high noise levels and extended duration.
The Primer Music Festival is expected to feature some of electronic dance music's most renowned artists, such as Martin Garrix and Eric Prydz.
