Teodosic among top five players in Europe

BELGRADE - Serbian basketball player Milos Teodosic, who is a member of the national team and CSKA from Moscow, has been named one of the top five players in Europe in 2014 by Eurohoops.

This portal says Teodosic led Serbia to an unexpected final of the world championship in Spain, where he played extremely well.

Teodosic had a record of 13.6 points, 2.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists at the world championship, while his statistics in the group stage of the Euroleague were 10.7 points, 2.5 rebounds and 4 assists per match.

Besides Teodosic, the top five by Eurohoops comprised Boris Diaw and Toni Parker from France and San Antonio, Goran Dragic from Slovenia and Phoenix and Germany's Dirk Nowitzki, who plays for Dallas, making Teodosic the only player in the top five who plays in Europe.
