Foreign minister starting three-day visit to India
Ljubljana/New Delhi – Foreign Minister Anže Logar will start a three-day visit to India on Monday to meet with his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and take part in the Raisina Dialogue. He is also expected to hold talks with Indian President Narendra Modi, the Foreign Ministry said.

Lufthansa stops Flights to Kyiv and Odessa
German airline Lufthansa has announced that it will suspend flights to the Ukrainian capital Kyiv from tomorrow due to growing fears of a Russian invasion.
The airline said it would also suspend flights to Odessa, a key Black Sea port.
"The safety of our passengers and crew is our top priority at all times," Lufthansa said.

More than 870 people have died in Germany from the new coronavirus, and the number of those infected has exceeded 70,000, according to the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases.
Over the past 24 hours, 140 deaths from the COVID-19 virus have been reported in the country. With this, the total number of deaths has reached 872.
Coronavirus Death Toll in Italy Rises to 12
The death cases due to the coronavirus in northern Italy increasef to 12, Reuters reported.
There are currently 374 confirmed cases, the Italian civil protection service said today.
All of the victims so far are older people who have had other health problems, Reuters notes.

Coronavirus Cases in the UK, Italy Declared a State of Emergency
Two people in the UK tested positive for the new coronavirus that has emerged in China. These are the first cases in the country, health authorities said today, cited by the French press.
"We can confirm that two patients in England, who are members of the same family, have tested positive for coronavirus," said Chris Whitty, chief medical officer for England.
