Stefanovic: MUP cooperates with EULEX regarding arrest
BELGRADE - Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic said Friday that the Ministry of Interior (MUP) was cooperating with EULEX regarding today's arrest of a Serbian citizen in Pristina, adding that a warrant had been issued to search the arrestee's apartment.
Serbia and China sign 13 agreements and memorandums
BELGRADE - Delegations of Serbia and China have signed 13 agreements and memorandums regarding infrastructure, transport, finances, agriculture and telecommunications.
The agreement on economic and technical cooperation between the two governments was signed on Wednesday by National Bank of Serbia Governor Jorgovanka Tabakovic and China Development Bank head Hu Huaibang.
Heavy Snow, Rain Cause Chaos Throughout Bulgaria
Code Red warning for heavy rain was declared in three Bulgarian districts - Smolyan, Kardzhali and Haskovo, Saturday.
The situation in the Smolyan village of Banite is critical because of a flooding and landslides, the center of the town of Haskovo is under water, Nova TV reports. At some places the rainfall has reached 90 liters per square meter.

He added there was intensive work to identify other assailants.

51 People Detained At Bulgaria's Borders Over Weekend
A total of 51 persons were apprehended at Bulgaria's border checkpoints over the weekend, the Ministry of Interior informs.
Of those, 50 were detained at the Bulgarian-Turkish border and one at the Bulgarian-Macedonian border.

Police Detain 78 Illegal Immigrants at Sofia-based Hostel
Police have detained 78 illegal immigrants in an operation at a hostel in downtown Sofia.
The illegal immigrants, Iraqi and Afghanistan nationals, were detained in a joint operation of the Sofia Directorate of the Ministry of Interior and Border Police, according to reports of the Bulgarian National Television.
Some 10 illegal immigrants were sharing one room.

Section of Bulgaria's Trakia Highway Flooded
The Regional Directorate of the Interior Ministry in Plovdiv warned that a section of the Trakia highway has been flooded, Tuesday.
The 112-106 km stretch of the emergency lane in the direction Burgas - Sofia was flooded due to an overflowing irrigation canal.
Police teams from the Plovdiv Directorate have been sent to secure the site.
