Vojvodina prime minister not considering stepping down

NOVI SAD - Vojvodina Prime Minister Bojan Pajtic has said that he is not considering stepping down from the position.

Pajtic, who is also the Democratic Party (DS) leader, told the Radio Television of Vojvodina on Tuesday that the Vojvodina government has not collapsed and that it is functioning with more capacity and more efficiently than the national government.

Pajtic meets with vice president of China in Beijing

BEIJING - President of the government of the Serbian Province of Vojvodina and leader of the Democratic Party (DS) Bojan Pajtic has met with Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao and discussed with him the most important global issues at the moment - from the Ukrainian conflict to the economic interdependence of China and Europe - which directly concern Serbia, too.

Pajtic on visit to China as member of PES delegation

BELGRADE - A delegation of the Party of European Socialists (PES), including leader of the Democratic Party (DS) and chairman of the executive council of the Serbian province of Vojvodina Bojan Pajtic, will be on a visit to China from September 1 to 5, where they will have talks with top officials of the country and the Communist Party of China.
