Margareta, the Romanian Crown Custodian organised a dinner party on Friday at the Elisabeta Palace, in honor of Education Minister of the United Arab Emirates Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi, who is paying a visit to our country.

Premier Viorica Dancila on Friday expressed her concern as to the report presented by Justice minister Tudorel Toader on Thursday evening regarding the National Anti-corruption Directorate's head, Laura-Coduta Kovesi and affirmed that a decision must be made if the allegations are true.

The Romanian Crown Custodian, Margareta, expressed appreciation for "the work and history" of the AGERPRES National News Agency during a visit she paid together with Prince Radu on Tuesday at AGERPRES headquarters.

Former President of Romania Emil Constantinescu and AGERPRES Director General Alexandru Giboi were among the people welcomed by the Romanian Crown Custodian, Margareta, and Prince Radu, at the Elisabeta Palace this week, the Royal House informs.

A version of Victor Eftimiu's magic poem 'Insir'te margarite' (String, pearl!) adapted and directed by actor Dan Puric premiered on Saturday evening in the Grand Hall of the National Theatre of Bucharest (TNB) after four years of renovation works on the building.

Prince Radu has handed, on Tuesday, the High Patronage of His Majesty of King Mihai I distinction to the Romanian Rugby Union and Oina Federations, in a ceremony that took place at the Peles Castle in Sinaia, attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Gabriela Szabo and the chairman of the Romanian Olympics and Sports Committee (COSR), Alin Petrache.

A book called "Margareta, m?rturia unui sfert de veac regal / Margareta, Testimonies of a Royal Quarter of Century" by Sandra Gatejeanu-Gheorghe that narrates the princess' "past twenty-five years of representative deeds," and her "rich charity activity along with her contribution to the institutional and cultural development of Romania," will be released on Wednesday in Bucharest, at the Elisa

On Thursday at the French Embassy in Bucharest, Chairman of Romania's Senate Calin Popescu-Tariceanu was presented France's Knight of the Legion of Honour decoration, at a ceremony also attended by Princess Margareta, Prince Radu, former presidents Ion Iliescu and Emil Constantinescu, along with political figures and more.

Princess Margareta believes that the 25th anniversary of her return to her homeland and the activity of the Foundation that bears her name is a great accomplishment for Romania.
