CINCINNATI - World No. 1 Novak Djokovic failed to reach the quarterfinals of the Western and Southern Open in Cincinnati after losing to Tommy Robredo of Spain 7-6 (8-6), 7-5 late on Thursday CET.

CINCINNATI - Serbia's Nenad Zimonjic and Daniel Nestor of Canada reached the men's doubles quarter-finals at the Cincinnati ATP Masters 1000 tournament early Thursday by beating the Spanish-Colombian pair of Guillermo Garcia-Lopez and Santiago Giraldo 6-3, 6-2 in just 44 minutes.

CINCINNATI - World No. 1 Novak Djokovic advanced to the third round of the Masters 1000 tournament in Cincinnati after a hard-fought win over France's Gilles Simon 6-3, 4-6, 6-4 early on Wednesday CET.

Djokovic will next face either American Sam Querrey or Spaniard Tommy Robredo.

Grigor Dimitrov will face Kevin Anderson in Rogers Cup quarter-finals tonight to determine who will proceed to the final four in Toronto.

The seventh seed Bulgarian tennis player made it to the quarter-finals after defeating Tommy Robredo on Thursday.

Looking ahead to the clash with Anderson, Dimitrov has said: "I know I'm in a good position right now. […] I like my chances."

Djokovic's next opponent will be the winner of the match between Spaniard Tommy Robredo and German Philipp Kohlschreiber.

MIAMI - Serbia's best tennis player Novak Djokovic advanced on Tuesday to the quarterfinals of the Sony Open Tennis tournament in Miami.

Second seed and three-time former champion Djokovic notched up a routine straight sets win against world No. 17 Tommy Robredo (6-3, 7-5), extending his head-to-head record over the Spaniard to 6-1.

MIAMI - Serbia's Novak Djokovic has reached the 4th round of the ATP Masters tournament in Miami after Germany's Florian Meier withdrew from the competition citing injury.

Their match was scheduled for Sunday.

Djokovic's next opponent will be the winner of the match between Tommy Robredo of Spain and Julien Benneteau of France.

INDIAN WELLS - Serbia's highest-ranking male tennis player Novak Djokovic reached the fourth round of the Indian Wells Masters Series tennis tournament late Tuesday by beating Alejandro Gonzalez of Colombia 6-1, 3-6, 6-1.

In a bid to reach the quarter-finals, Djokovic will play Marin Cilic of Croatia, who beat Tommy Robredo of Spain 6-4, 6-3.
