High school principal arrested over prosecutor's objection in Turkey's Ankara
A principle of a high school in Ankara who was allegedly commited sexual abuse over at least 100 student, was arrested following objection of prescutor's Office on Feb. 18.
The principal, identified only by the initials S.K., had been released after his testmony.

Turkish police tracing Russian envoy killer's movements on Internet
The assassin of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov, Mevlüt Mert Altıntaş, repeatedly studied his target's photo on the Internet, according to the police investigation into the Dec. 19 killing.
Altıntaş, who killed Karlov during a photo exhibition in Ankara's Center of Modern Art, looked at the pictures from his housemate's computer, daily Habertürk reported on Jan. 3.
Locals find dead body while playing with snow in Ankara
Locals found the body of a dead man in a wasteland while they were playing with snow in Turkey's capital Ankara late on Dec. 28.
The incident occurred at 00:30 a.m. in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara. Some locals who went to the wasteland to play with snow found a man who was lying motionlessly.
Police officers and a number of medics arrived at the scene.

Özcan Özsoy, 27, died in the hospital in which he was receiving treatment, Anadolu Agency reported.
