DESPOTOVAC - Commenting on a recent arrest of five Serbs and Monday's closure of Post of Serbia branch offices in the north of Kosovo-Metohija, Serbian PM Milos Vucevic said he was concerned over the destiny of Serbs in the province and noted that he was dissatisfied with the reaction of the international community.

WASHINGTON - Former US special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Richard Grenell says the US has the "tools" to prevent an escalation in Kosovo-Metohija.

In a reaction to a statement released by the US embassy in Pristina following the closure of Post of Serbia branch offices in the north of Kosovo-Metohija, Grenell said "strongly worded letters aren't working."

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Monday evening Pristina PM Albin Kurti's behaviour was an attempt of starting a conflict of war and that Kurti was doing that in an organised manner with support from some Western powers, while Belgrade wanted to preserve peace.

BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic said on Friday Pristina's PM Albin Kurti had illegally opened a police station in Socanica, a completely Serb municipality in the north of Kosovo-Metohija, to intimidate the local Serb population.

BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic received a farewell visit from the OSCE Ambassador in Kosovo-Metohija Michael Davenport on Wednesday.

Petkovic took the opportunity to highlight the political and security problems faced by Kosovo-Metohija Serbs on a daily basis, which he said posed a direct threat to their future.

BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic met with Turkish Ambassador to Belgrade Hami Aksoy on Wednesday to discuss the current situation in Kosovo-Metohija, pointing out that Serbs in the province faced impossible living conditions and were subjected to daily attacks and terror by Albin Kurti's regime.

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Milos Vucevic said on Wednesday that, regardless of the outcome of the US presidential elections, no drastic change was to be expected when it comes to the US policy on Kosovo-Metohija.

BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic said on Monday a synchronised anti-Serbian campaign and concerted attacks on Serbian President Alaksandar Vucic, Serbia and Kosovo-Metohija Serbs were underway by Zagreb and Pristina with the aim of destabilising the situation and causing fresh tensions in the Western Balkan region.

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday he dreamed of a successful and economically advanced Serbia that would be by far the most developed country in its part of Europe, but noted that he was very proud of the national defence industry and that the Serbian Armed Forces would keep receiving arms in order to be a deterrent.

BRUSSELS - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic said on Tuesday evening Pristina had shown it was not ready for normalisation of relations with Belgrade and further discussions in technical dialogue.
