Hatzigiannis also probed by Greece's SDOE over yacht

A day after pop singer Michalis Hatzigiannis and his accountant were detained by police for allegedly falsely claiming that the license plates of a Ferrari in the singer’s name had been stolen, new reports suggest that Hatzigiannis has been investigated by members of the Financial Crimes Squad (SDOE) in connection with a 380,000-euro yacht.

Corinna Schumacher, the wife of Michael Schumacher, has said he is getting better after coming out of a coma, reports The Telegraph. 

Those are her first comments since the former Formula One driver's skiing accident last December.

Speaking at a horse-riding tournament in Germany, Corinna Schumacher said the improvement seen in her husband's condition was encouraging.

Grenoble prosecutor Jean-Yves Coquillat told AFP the investigation was launched on Friday following a complaint from the hospital where Schumacher was treated for months after the December crash.
      

Three-time F1 Champion Sir Jack Brabham Dies

Three-time Formula 1 world champion Sir Jack Brabham, has died aged 88 at his home on Australia's Gold Coast after a long battle with liver disease.

The Australian driver, who was the first motorsport identity to be knighted, won the championship in 1959, 1960 and 1966.

In a statement on the family's website, Brabham's son David confirmed his father's death.
