The price according to Energean is more than three times the cost of acquiring the specific assets from Edison which was 284 million dollars in 2020.
Mitsotakis calls for sustainable tourism development
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis stressed on Thursday that "tourism development should be sustainable, resilient, fair and participatory" and that "the dividend of growth should be distributed as fairly as possible throughout the country."
Viva losses mean no dividend for 2023
The VivaWallet group showed operating losses of 31.7 million euros for 2023, extending the negative results from 2022, according to the financial statements published.
The board of directors will recommend to the general meeting of shareholders that no dividend be distributed for last year.

Aegean Airlines to distribute dividend
Aegean Airlines will distribute a dividend for the first time after four years for fiscal 2023, it said this week.
Chairman Eftychis Vassilakis said after the annual general assembly on Tuesday that Aegean, Greece's main carrier, had met all its obligations, direct or in loans, to the state (such as warrants).
