July deadline for income tax statements
The Finance Ministry's online Taxisnet platform is expected to open in late April to receive the income tax declarations of more than 6 million taxpayers. Taxisnet will accept statements up to mid-July.
Taxpayers will have to pay the first of the three installments of the tax for 2016 incomes by the end of July.

State Ventures To Invest 50% of 2016 Profits on Behalf of Bulgaria
The government has decreed that state ventures and commercial enterprises have to invest 50% of their profits for 2016 on behalf of the state.
The decree excludes health treatment facilities for inpatient aid and Water and Sewerage enterprises due to the fact that these have fulfilled the preliminary conditions in the water sector for the utilisation of money from European funds.
Multiple tax burden hurts Greek firms' competitiveness
Greek enterprises are burdened by an exceptionally noncompetitive tax system and the results of this are reflected in the country's economy, according to the monthly bulletin published by the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).
Allianz warns year ahead uncertain after strong 2016
German insurance giant Allianz reported a rise in profits for 2016 and increased its dividend, but warned that political and market uncertainty could make for an unpredictable 2017.
Allianz increased net profit by 4.0 percent to 6.9 billion euros ($7.4 billion) in 2016, it said in a statement late on Feb. 16, slightly overshooting analysts' forecasts.
BoC CEO predicts modest profits at London listing
Bank of Cyprus expects modest profitability in the next quarters and will not pay a dividend this year, its chief executive said on Thursday, speaking as its shares were listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The listing in London was a vote of confidence in the City despite Britain's looming exit from the European Union, CEO John Hourican said.

Pension rate slashes from September 1
Pensioners from the Shareholders Fund of Civilian Employees (MTPY) could face further 50% slashes to their dividends in a move aimed at affecting 285,000 pensioners. Hence, the pensioners of this fund could see their dividends drop from 136 euros to 68 euros.

Turkey's current account gap narrows less than expected
Turkey?s current account deficit, among the biggest in emerging markets, was a wider-than-expected $3.4 billion in April, though below March levels, mainly due to the rise in the outflow of capital, which also included the dividend transfers, data from the Central Bank showed on June 11.
