‘Social dividend’ handout expected Monday or Tuesday
Beneficiaries of the so-called "social dividend," a one-off handout stemming from the primary surplus overrun, should expect to see the amount charged to their accounts on Monday or Tuesday, government spokesman Stelios Petsas said last week.

This month's budget spending on the "social dividend" is seen reaching up to 200 million euros, against the announced 175 million, as the government is examining the possibility of expanding the number of recipients of the handout from the primary budget surplus overrun.

Greek retailer Jumbo ups dividend payout by 20 pct
Greek retailer Jumbo said on Tuesday it increased its dividend payout by 20 percent for its fiscal year that ended in June and will continue doing so for the next two years.
Jumbo will pay a total dividend of 0.47 euros a share for the 12 months to end-June, up from 0.39 euros in the respective period a year ago.

The Second-largest Company by Revenue in Bulgaria Gives BGB 202 Million Dividends for 2018
The Aurubis Bulgaria copper industry, which is one of the largest revenue companies in Bulgaria, plans to distribute dividends to its shareholders for a total of BGN 202.3 million in 2018.
This is clear from a call for a general meeting of shareholders in the company to be held on June 12.
OPAP to draw millions from share increase
Listed gaming giant OPAP is planning to propose a share capital increase to its shareholders, in order to draw up to 800 million euros, instead of distributing a dividend to its old shareholders, in the period from 2019 to 2023.
