Amendments to the regulation for the direct sale of homemade products would allow Bulgaria's restaurants to legally offer homemade dairy products to their clients.
Nearly 17 kg of cocaine found hidden in banana shipment in Athens
Almost 17 kilos of cocaine was found in a shipment of bananas from Colombia that ended up at a fruit and vegetable wholesaler in Rendi, southwestern Athens.
Police confirmed on Thursday that the bananas were first shipped to Italy and then brought to Greece by truck.
The shipment was unloaded at the warehouse on May 2.

Inspection to carry out control of soy fields
BELGRADE – The Phytosanitary Inspection of the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture will conduct a thorough inspection of soybean crops and oversee the purchases of soy grain with a view to preventing the cultivation and trade of GMO soy in Serbia, the ministry has said in a release.

Almost 85 per cent of Romanians will spend Easter at home with family or friends, while the average budget allotted to this important celebration will be 359 lei (79 euro), a study published on Monday reveals.

Free fruit to be distributed at schools in Attica, Thessaloniki
Pupils at public schools in Attica and the northern port city of Thessaloniki are to receive free fruit and fruit salad from Tuesday as part of a program developed by the Agriculture Ministry.
McDonald's Suspends Operations in Crimea
McDonald's has suspended work at its restaurants in Crimea for "manufacturing reasons", the U.S. fast food chain said on Friday.
This is the second international company to cease operations this week on the peninsula annexed by Russia.
