UN Security Council meeting on Kosovo set for November 13
NEW YORK - The UN Security Council will meet to discuss the quarterly report on Kosovo by UN Scretary General Ban Ki-moon on November 13.
According to the provisional meeting schedule posted on the UN website, the Security Council will hold a debate on the situation in Kosovo on November 13.

Dacic to attend W. Balkans conference in Berlin Wednesday
BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, who is also foreign minister, will on Wednesday attend the 6th conference of foreign ministers of Western Balkan states, to be held in Berlin under the auspices of the German and British foreign ministers, Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Philip Hammond.
Dacic confers with Belarusian ambassador
BELGRADE - Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic spoke to Belarusian Ambassador to Serbia Vladimir Chushev on Tuesday about joint activities for the marking of the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Serbia and Belarus.
Dacic and Chushev also discussed other current bilateral matters, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
