Djokovic gets off to winning start to Wimbledon title defence

LONDON - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the second round at Wimbledon after defeating Argentine Pedro Cachin 6-3, 6-3, 7-6 (7-4) on Monday.

Defending champion Djokovic, who won after two hours and 14 minutes of play, will next face Australian Jordan Thompson, who beat American Brandon Nakashima in the opening round.
