Djokovic wins Roland Garros to claim record 23rd Grand Slam title
PARIS - Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has won his third Roland Garros title and his 23rd career Grand Slam trophy after beating Norwegian Casper Ruud (7-6 (7-1), 6-3, 7-5) in the final on Sunday.
Djokovic, who won after three hours and 16 minutes of play, is also back in the number one position in the ATP rankings.

The world's best tennis player and winner of a record 23 Grand Slam titles, after the third triumph of his career in Paris, began the 388th week of his reign in world tennis.

PARIS - Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Roland Garros final after defeating Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz 6-3, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1 following three hours and 13 minutes of play.
Early in the third set, Alcaraz was forced to forfeit a service game due to cramps and his movement remained limited as a result of the injury despite a medical timeout he took after the set.

The two had dinner at the "Sijena" restaurant, to the delight of all present, and it was immortalized by the photographers of the "Profimedia" agency.
Djokovic and Alcaraz arrived and left separately, and the people who were there did not miss the chance to take pictures or get autographs from the two best tennis players in the world.

Djokovic beats Khachanov to advance to Roland Garros semis
PARIS - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Roland Garros semi-finals after beating Russia's Karen Khachanov 4-6, 7-6 (7-0), 6-4, 6-2 on Tuesday.
Djokovic is now 9-1 head-to-head against Khachanov.
In his 12th career Roland Garros semi-final, Djokovic will face the winner of the tie between Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz and Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas.

PARIS - Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Roland Garros quarter-finals after crusing past Peruvian Juan Pablo Varillas 6-3, 6-2, 6-2 on Sunday.
World number three Djokovic won after an hour and 58 minutes of play and Varillas, who ranks 94th in the ATP rankings, won only seven games in the match.
