NOVI SAD -- The League of Vojvodina Social-Democrats (LSV) and the Democratic Party (DS) have reached an agreement to make changes to the provincial government.

Vojvodina parliament adopts budget review
NOVI SAD - The parliament of the autonomous province of Vojvodina adopted on Tuesday the official review of the provincial budget which lists revenues at around RSD 58.7 billion and expenses at around RSD 62.5 billion, with the deficit at some RSD 4.3 billion.

RSD 5.7M to be allocated to repair damage to Albanian shops
NOVI SAD - The government of Vojvodina pledged to transfer RSD 5.7 million to help repair the damage to 15 facilities in the northern Serbian province which were vandalized after the incident at the Serbia-Albania football match.
The funds will be allocated from the current budget reserve, the government of Vojvodina released on its website on Monday.

Police interrogate suspects for attack on Telep cake shop
NOVI SAD - Six Novi Sad minors aged 17 were interrogated in the local police station on suspicion that they broke the window shop by throwing stones at the Telep cake shop in Novi Sad, northern Serbian province of Vojvodina, the Novi Sad Police Department released on Thursday.
3rd Danube Business Forum to be held on October 27-29
BELGRADE - The 3rd Danube Business Forum will be held on October 27-29 in Belgrade and Novi Sad, the organisers announced on Wednesday.
The event is expected to bring together 800 participants - leaders in the fields of energy, water, agribusiness, transport, ITC, entrepreneurship and the creative industry in the Danube region, which includes 14 countries.

Vladimir Putin honorary citizen of Novi Sad
NOVI SAD - Novi Sad Mayor Milos Vucevic gave an honorary citizen award to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who paid an official visit to Serbia on Thursday.
Members of the Novi Sad city assembly decided to grant Putin the honorary citizen title at the meeting held on January 25, 2008, the release notes.
