Bulgaria's winning party in the July elections, the political newcomer "There is Such a Nation", received a mandate to form a government from President Rumen Radev on Friday and proposed businessman Plamen Nikolov for its choice of Prime Minister.

Plamen Nikolov is the candidate for prime minister in the possible future government of "There is such a people" in Bulgaria. This became clear minutes before President Rumen Radev handed over the mandate to the party that won the early parliamentary vote weeks ago.

The national team of Bulgaria lost 0:2 to Italy in its second world qualification.

The cabinet and the unions have agreed to adjust the supplementary standard for school and child health care so that healthcare professionals can receive higher salaries.

This was announced by CITUB leader Plamen Dimitrov after talks in the Council of Ministers with Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov and Social Minister Denitsa Sacheva.

The two biggest trade unions in Bulgaria- the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria and Podkrepa Confederation of Labor are preparing a joint nationwide protest at the end of November.
