President Iohannis promises Interior Ministry employees plead for decent wages, working conditions

President Klaus Iohannis told Interior Ministry's employees upon their annual report on Monday he would plead for decent wages and working conditions for law enforcers.

Albanian MP 'Hid Drug Dealer From Police'

On October 1, 2014, special police were conducting a major anti-drug operation aimed at netting a ring of international traffickers of marijuana.

One of the suspects, Bardhok Pllanaj, was seen entering in a car, which was stopped but police officers did not dare to enter it.

ABC News, a television station in Tirana, on Monday said it knew the reason why.

Hunt for Ferguson gunman continues

Missouri police forces are on the trail of the gunman who opened fire during a protest outside Police HQ in Ferguson, wounding two police officers. St. Louis County police spokesman John Bellmar stated that the caliber or type of weapon used has not yet been clarified or whether the gunman was aiming against police. He has not clarified on whether Police are close to making an arrest soon.
