Poroshenko Will Call NATO Membership Referendum in Ukraine
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has told a German newspaper he considers calling a referendum on whether his country should join NATO.
In an interview with German daily Berliner Morgenpost, he has said the will of Ukrainians must be taken into account, citing an increase in support among Ukrainians for joining the alliance.

BELGRADE - Igor Pavlovsky, Ukraine's deputy defense minister, has confirmed that Kiev-led forces have been on an offensive in eastern Ukraine. In an interview with Radio Sputnik, Russian political analyst Sergei Sudakov asserted that these activities are linked to the new US administration coming to power.

Suddeutsche Zeitung: Berlin blames Kiev for deteriorating situation in Donbass
BELGRADE - Kiev could be deliberately increasing tensions in Donbass, Germany's Suddeutsche Zeitung newspaper wrote citing its sources in the German government.
