North Macedonia to Hold First Pride Parade
The first-ever gay Pride Parade in North Macedonia will be held in Skopje on June 29, the country's National Network Against Homophobia and Transphobia, gathering human rights NGOs, told a press conference on Monday.
"The gay parade will be a form of protest for affirmation, support and protection of human rights of the LGBTQ people," said activist Antonio Mihajlov.

More than a Million People Joined the Gay Pride Celebrations in London
Sky News - More than a million people celebrated the LGBT community at a colourful and glitter-filled Pride parade in London on Saturday.
Parade director Christopher Joell-Deshields said this year's event was the most diverse yet.
He added: "It's just a day to be proud of really - people are able to just come and be who they are and celebrate whatever they want."

Thousands of people took to the streets to support LGBT rights in cities across Europe on Saturday, with marchers waving rainbow flags and condemning discrimination in all its forms.

Sofia Pride 2018 for a Dignified and Open Life

Today Sofia Pride 2018 will be held under the motto "LGBTI people should lead a dignified life and be able to express themselves openly".
The program will begin with a concert at the Soviet Army Monument at 16:00, then a procession will start at 19:00. The concert and the procession are expected to take place under enhanced security measures.

Hundreds celebrated Estonia's first Gay Pride since 2007
Hundreds of people marched through the streets of Tallinn on Saturday to celebrate the first Gay Pride in the Estonian capital since violence marred the event a decade ago, AFP reported.
Organisers said around 1,800 people took part in the parade, which passed off peacefully despite a handful of people protesting against the march.
