The technology company's Falcon 9 rocket launched from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in the U.S. state of Florida, carrying the Turksat 5A satellite.

Turkey to launch 5A satellite next week
Turkey plans to launch a communication satellite on the night between Monday and Tuesday next week, the country's transport and infrastructure minister announced on Dec. 30.
Following the Turksat 5A satellite, the country will also launch another communication satellite, the Turksat 5B, in June, Adil Karaismailoğlu announced in Turkey's Black Sea province Ordu.

SpaceX satellites visible over Turkey
A string of light was seen in Turkey's skies on April 29 night as SpaceX launched a batch of Starlink internet satellites.
The satellites were seen with the naked eye in the sky from the Mediterranean coastal province of Mersin at 8.26 p.m. local time (1726GMT).
They appeared for at least 5 minutes over Toros (Taurus) Mountains in the Mediterranean.

China to Name its Next Satellite Wuhan
China will launch a new space satellite in orbit in the second half of April. The machine will be named "Wuhan" in honor of Chinese citizens fighting the coronavirus epidemic, People reported. The launch will be carried out using a Kuizhou-1A solid propellant rocket.

SpaceX Successfully Launched a Rocket with 60 Starlink Satellites
SpaceX's Falcon-9 rocket launches 60 micro-satellites from the Starlink system into orbit, according to global agencies.
The launch was from the Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida.
The satellites are designed to provide high-speed internet and are positioned in orbit at an altitude of 290 km.
