Car and an Ambulance Crashed at Trakia Motorway

A car and an ambulance crashed at Trakia Motorway, near  Ihtiman.

This was announced by the press center of the Ministry of Interior, quoted by bTV.

 Initially, there was a car crash at Trakia Motorway and an ambulance was called.

When it arrives at the scene of the crash, it was hit by a BMW  car. The incident happened around 14:00.

Two of the Victims of the Chain Crash Near Ihtiman are Heavily Injured

Two of the victims of Trakia Motorway chain crash are heavily injured and in real danger to life, reported BGNES.

According to Slavcho Bliznakov, Executive Director of ''St.Anna'' 15 people were hospitalized two of which are children.

Another two patients are in a serious health condition. Both have fractures in the neck. They are 45 years old.

Trakia Highway Closed Due To Cistern Crash

There are no injured persons and no gas leaks after a cistern turned over along the Stara Zagora - Nova Zagora road on Tuesday morning, reported BGNES.

Trakia highway has been closed temporarily in both lanes.

The cistern is about to be re-loaded and removed from the traffic lane, announced the Regional Directorate of the Interior Ministry. Traffic will be restored after that.

Technical Issues Halt Truck Traffic at Bulgaria-Turkey Border

Problems with the border system on the Turkish side have stopped the movement of trucks leaving Bulgaria through the Kapitan Andreevo-Kapikule border crossing, the Road Infrastructure Agency says.

All trucks weighing more than 12 tons will now be redirected through to the border point at Lesovo.
