Another three Romanian citizens and one family member, citizen of the Republic of Yemen have been safely evacuated, by car, from the locality Wadi Dawan to Saudi Arabia, according to a Romanian Foreign Affairs Ministry (MAE) release remitted to AGERPRES on Wednesday.

Ankara has voiced pleasure over the adoption of a U.N. Security Council resolution imposing an arms embargo targeting Houthi rebels who rule most of Yemen, calling the decision "a clear message and warning" to the force.

The UN Security Council will vote on April 14 on a draft resolution that demands Yemen's Huthi rebels pull back and punishes them with an arms embargo and sanctions, diplomats said.

Another 10 Romanian citizens and a family member were evacuated on Sunday from Yemen, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed in a release to AGERPRES.

About 150 nationals of Russia and other countries including Bulgaria have left war-torn Yemen on board a second Russian plane on Sunday, TASS reported.

The Il-62 passenger aircraft landed at Chkalovskiy Airport near Moscow early on Sunday. This was after the second evacuation flight of a Russian plane from Yemen over the past 24 hours and the seventh one over the past two weeks.

Saudi-led air strikes hit a rebel base in central Yemen on April 12 and clashes raged in southern city Aden as France's top diplomat voiced Western support for the air campaign in Riyadh.

Russian Navy vessel Priazovye has helped to evacuate 308 people, including a Bulgarian national, from Yemen.

President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an went on two important visits to regional capitals over the last two months: The first was to Riyadh on March 2, while the other was to Tehran on April 7.

Pakistan's parliament voted on April 10 to stay out of the conflict in Yemen, rejecting Saudi demands for Islamabad to join its military coalition against Shiite Houthi rebels, while international organizations and Turkey have called for a "humanitarian cease-fire." 

The Red Cross said it flew an aircraft into Sanaa on April 10, delivering its first medical aid to Yemen's capital since a Saudi-led coalition launched air strikes against Shiite rebels.
