Rescuers using a drone located him in a gorge in the Limnionas area on the southwest part of the island.

He had set off for a hike on Sunday and went missing amid high temperatures.

Michael Mosley's body was not visible to the naked eye, but was "caught" by mobile phone cameras, which recorded the footage & they had to "zoom in"

Mosley disappeared Wednesday while on holiday. He was last seen leaving Agios Nikolaos beach in the afternoon and later captured on CCTV entering a mountainous path near Pedi village.
