7 patients infected, 2 die of complications
During June 7-11, 7 patients contracted infections accompanied by complications at the surgical ward of the Clinical Center of Serbia (KSC) Emergency Center.
Two patients died of these complications, it was reported on Wednesday. A total of 103 persons underwent surgery at this clinic in the said period, B92 has been told.

BELGRADE -- A 15-day-old baby died in Belgrade on Friday after she was thrown from the third floor of a building, Belgrade's emergency medical service has confirmed.
According to spokeswoman Nada Macura, the baby, K.Z., was killed by her mentally disordered father.

Businessman Beko in stable condition
BELGRADE - Businessman Milan Beko (53) is in a stable condition and his postoperaive recovery is going well, director of the Clinical Center of Serbia Miljko Ristic said on Monday.
It is difficult to make any prognoses but so far there are no signs to indicate the risk of developing complications, Ristic told Tanjug.

Police arrest three persons who attacked German citizen
BELGRADE - Serbian police arrested Saturday three persons who had attacked D.H. (27), a German citizen who had arrived in Belgrade to take part in an international conference on LGBT rights.
"The attackers were arrested in two cities in Serbia and are currently in the hands of the police," the Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP)said in a release on Saturday.
