Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj said on Tuesday that Aleksandar Vucic would be allowed to visit Kosovo on Wednesday.
According to Beta, Hoxhaj also said the visit would "last three hours."

Pristina urged to establish Community of Serb Municipalities
BRUSSELS/PRISTINA - EU officials have urged the Kosovo government to end the delay of the establishment of the Community of Serb Municipalities, the EU Office in Kosovo said in a statement.
The statement was released after Tuesday's first meeting of a special group on normalisation as part of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the EU and the Kosovo government.
