KRAGUJEVAC -- The government will not carry out its "rationalization" of the public administration in a sudden manner, Minister Kori Udovicki has said.

BELGRADE - Officials of the City of Kragujevac and the company Barakat Palace Group from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed a cooperation agreement Monday under which the company is to mediate in bringing investors to that Serbian city.

The agreement was signed by Kragujevac Mayor Radomir Nikolic and President of Barakat Palace Group Talal Ahmed Ali.

Eurasian Council delays decision on Fiat imports

MOSCOW -- The Eurasian Economic Commission will consider customs duty free import of Fiat 500L cars produced in Serbia in late April or Early May.

That does not mean that a decision will be made "on the same day," reports said on Wednesday.

Fiat Serbia renamed to "FCA"

BELGRADE -- The Fiat Automobili Srbija (Fiat Automobiles Serbia, FAS) company has been officially renamed to FCA Srbija (FCA Serbia) Kragujevac d.o.o.

This was announced after a gathering at the Italian embassy in Belgrade on Thursday that presented a preview of the new Fiat 500X model to the Serbian market.

BELGRADE - Fiat's new Italian-made model, the 500X, went on sale in Serbia on Thursday, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Commercial Director Umberto Iannuccelli told Tanjug on Thursday.
