The Athens Journalists' Union, ESIEA, has lashed out at the government over the raid of its offices by Golden Dawn members on Monday, saying its actions had emboldened the extreme-right party.
Former justice minister under fire for GD remarks

Justice Minister Nikos Paraskevopoulos on Wednesday condemned a firebomb attack by unidentified assailants on his former office at Thessaloniki's Aristotle University, which caused damage but no injuries.
"The government will not be terrorized," Paraskevopoulos, who is a professor of law, said in a statement.
