Dacic to meet with European commissioner for regional policy

Donations from abroad exempt from VAT and customs duties
BELGRADE - All foreign donations sent to flood-threatened regions in Serbia are exempt from payment of customs duties and VAT, and this also applies to donations through mobile phones distributed via all operators, as stipulated by the Law on Donations and Humanitarian Aid, the Serbian Ministry of Finance said in a release Tuesday.
EUR 150,000 raised via PayPal in one day
BEOGRAD - Over EUR 150,000 has been collected in a single day via the PayPal account opened by the Serbian government through the Embassy in Belgium to help flood relief efforts, Zoran Torbica of the Internet Development Center told Tanjug.

Krstic appointed Serbia's governor to EBRD, Vujovic deputy
BELGRADE - On the proposal of the Serbian Ministry of Finance, the Serbian government appointed Minister of Finance Lazar Krstic as Serbia's governor to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Serbian government's website reads.
