2015 parliamentary election calendar announced
The election calendar of the 2015 Turkish parliamentary elections officially starts on March 10, when the Supreme Election Board will announce the overseas embassies and consulates where Turkish nationals living abroad can cast their votes.
The elections are scheduled to take place on June 7.

German court jails man for running PKK's finances in Europe
A German court has convicted a man of terrorism charges and sentenced him to six years in prison after finding he ran the finances in Europe of the outlawed Kurdistan Worker's Party (PKK).

Kasidiaris refuses any involvement in Baltakos recording
Golden Dawn MP Ilias Kasidiaris on Thursday faced an investigative magistrate in a case involving the secret recording of a conversation with former cabinet secretary Panayiotis Baltakos, a close aide to former Prime Minister Antonis Samaras.
Kasidiaris refused any involvement in the illegal recording which was carried out in November 2013.

Golden Dawn supporters sentenced over attack against ANTARSYA member
Two Golden Dawn supporters on Thursday were found guilty of bodily harm by a court in Serres, northeastern Greece, in an attack against a member of anti-capitalist ANTARSYA party carried out in October 2012. Both defendants were sentenced to 12-month prison sentences, suspended for three years.
One of the defendants was former Serres Golden Dawn deputy Nikitas Siois.
