The Assets Testing Committee of Greek Parliament has decided to conduct further investigation into the wealth assets declarations of two Radical Left Coalition (SYRIZA) ministers – Economy Minister George Stathakis and State Minister Alekos Flambouraris.

State Minister Alekos Flambouraris told state broadcaster ERT TV late on Monday that the government is meeting the needs of the Greek people that voted for it.

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred to the common interests that Israel and Greece have during the joint press conference held with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, who is currently visiting Jerusalem.

“We are facing many challenges and very violent forces, but we have common interests to see which are the opportunities, trying to avoid the risks.”
