Killer Satanist to undergo psych tests at Korydallos

A 22-year-old man alleged to have confessed to killing a 41-year-old homeless woman in Glyfada, southern Athens, as a “sacrifice to Satan” on Easter Sunday was to be transferred to the psychiatric unit of Attica’s high-security Korydallos Prison on Thursday after testifying before a prosecutor and an investigating magistrate.

Trams to terminate in Glyfada on Tuesday, Wednesday night

Trams bound for the southern Athenian suburb of Voula from Syntagma Square in the city center and the Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF) near Piraeus will terminate at Glyfada’s old city hall on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 p.m. until the end of the shift.

The change is due to maintenance work being carried out on the track from the Glyfada stop to the Askleipio terminus in Voula.
