"Unrequited love" results in murder-suicide in Belgrade cafe
BELGRADE -- A man in his 50s on Monday shot and killed a waitress before committing suicide in a cafe in central Belgrade, B92 has learned.
The incident happened in the Fracci cafe in Strahinjica Bana Street.
Unofficially, the motive behind the murder-suicide was "unrequited love."

Bulgarians Have Lowest Life Satisfaction in EU - Eurostat
On the eve of the International Day of Happiness, which is celebrated on March 20, Eurostat published on Thursday a study showing that Bulgarians have the lowest life satisfaction in the EU.
Respondents from the 28 EU member states were asked to rank their life satisfaction on a scale from 0 ("not satisfied at all") to 10 ("fully satisfied").

On the occasion of the International Day of Happiness on March 20, Eurostat published a selection of subjective indicators on the well-being of people in Europe.
This data on subjective evaluations and perceptions in different domains have been collected for the first time in a comparable way in European official statistics.

Everybody is guilty
The judge who reduces the sentence because of good conduct is guilty. Bülent Ar?nç, deputy prime minister, who said ?Women should be chaste; she should not laugh loudly in public,? is guilty. Tu?rul ?nançer, who said pregnant women should not go out on the street, is guilty. The father who kills his daughter for ?honor? is guilty.

Broad majority
There are two weeks left before the pivotal January 25 election. Voting must result in the formation of a government and political leaders need to commit to doing everything in their power to avoid a second round. A second electoral battle would be disastrous and if anyone were to cause such an event they would face major historical responsibility.
